I am a dedicated Yoga teacher who enjoys sharing the joy of my practice with students of all levels. Currently teaching at Spring Yoga & Fitness Studio in Chicago. I am available for privates and workshops. I'm also certified in Restorative Yoga, Chair Yoga, and Children's Yoga. I trained Preschool Teacher and have much experience working with and caring for young children. I teach a Healing restorative class at Spring Yoga, my training in restorative, meditation and healing energy practitioner allows me to help people overcome not only physical injuries but whole wellness of the mental and emotional bodies. I would love to expand my services as a Yoga teacher, to facilitated others the tools to reach wellness in their daily lives.
