Responsible for helping clients receive the proper medications needed while coordinating with contracted pharmacies. Receives medications, maintains log, contacts all patients to pick up. Participates in the Performance Improvement Program and special projects as needed.

Initiate referrals and authorizations for practice of 30 doctors. Fax and mail referrals and authorizations to patients and specialists. Answer telephone. Respond to correspondence from insurance companies. Verify insurance eligibility. Enter medical and occupational charges using CPT codes and diagnosis codes. Order labs and diagnostic testing through EMR for patients and retrieve results and scan to physicians PAQ. Schedule patients for diagnostic testing and appointments. Assist LVN in drug and alcohol testing and workers' comp. Assisted on-site at various company's​ for employee annual physicals that included respirator fit testing, audio testing, and vision testing.
