Design of a prediction model of energy consumption of branches as a function of temperature of the cities throughout the national territory. The model allows detecting deviations in consumption to look for and solve the causes, expecting a saving of 5% of the annual expenditure of 340 million pesos.

As member of the Risk Management Unit, I was responsible for delivering all official reports to the local and global authorities and the Bank’s corporate governance boards the Risk Management Committee and the Board of Directors, related to all kinds of risk exposures.• Implementing the RDA (Risk Data Aggregation) project to align the risk management reports with the principles established by the European Central Bank, achieving compliance in a time. • Team member for the implementation of the credit provisions measurements under international standards IAS39 and IFRS9, achieving full compliance as of January 2018. • Modeling bank stress test on credit risk to confirm capital sufficiency.

Responsible financial monitoring, budgeting and measurements of sales-force performance• Deploying a model that measure sales force performance and their bonuses based on individual contribution to the bank’s profits, which strongly supported its profitable growth at rates close to 10% per year. • Developing the management information system based on clients’ data, that served as the basis for assigning budget and the measuring of incentives, with daily management reports to monitor performance of sales force.

Responsible for financial monitoring and budget construction for the Bank.• Designing and implementation of Risk Adjusted Return models for different dimensions: Management Areas, Products, Portfolios, Strategies and Clients. For many years, it was the main driver for the decision-making process on investment and growth.• Designing the Management Information System by business areas: an automated database with historical financial information, which, nowadays, is used on setting the annual budgets and financial monitoring of all business areas.• Measurement of the Regulatory Solvency Index• Construction and deployment of the first interest rate and liquidity models in the bank
