Mindfulness and awareness are natural abilities that everyone possesses. I teach people how to cultivate these abilities in order to increase their mental sharpness and creativity and decrease their stress and burnout. One course I teach is the 8-week Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction course designed by Jon Kabat-Zinn. This course addresses the stress brought on by intense work schedules, or family and interpersonal relationships, or illness. In addition I design courses of various lengths and for various purposes for businesses large and small including stand alone classes. I also provide meditation and mindfulness coaching for individuals and small groups.
