Oversee all aspects of the design and construction of Commercial, Residential and Educational Projects. Prepare Monitor and track project progress, production and coordination of construction documents. Communicate and coordinate project requirements with the project team and consultants.

Provided Engineering and Architctural Consulting and directed the design coordinaton of Commercial, Institutional and Residential Projects.

•Managed over $120 million in educational projects including Infrastructure upgrades, site and space planning, modernization of existing school facilities, and design and construction of new Buildings.•Worked with Site Facilities Directors and Construction Managers in developing plans and programs responsive to present and future school facility requirements.•Primary responsible for the development of architectural project budgets, and project design-construction schedules.•Prepared project proposals, negotiated contracts and fees, and coordinated bidding process.•Directed and participated in all phases of new and modernization projects, including project set-up, design, cad drafting, construction documents, quality control, code compliance, and local Agency review and approval.•Provided construction administration including bid scopes, bid instructions, submittals review, RFI process, Change Order process, billings, investigating and resolving technical issues, and coordinating work with the contractors and consultants as part of the construction team.•Provided and coordinated space-equipment-furniture inventory, facility use requirements, and site verification for changes in new space configuration for school site moves and office space reorganization and relocation.

•Assisted AECOM On-Site A/E Support Services Contract Group, in providing Architecture and Engineering design and planning services, Building Permit Board plan check, and construction management for NASA. •Managed small to medium size projects that involved master planning of Research and Office facilities, new construction, and building rehabilitation including plumbing, electrical, carpentry, HVAC, roofing, painting, landscaping. Prepared and reviewed project proposals, cost estimates and schedules.•Provided coordination of office space relocation including drafting of new office/furniture design layouts.

•Contributed with CAD production and quality control of construction documents for the renovation of existing facilities at NASA Ames Research Center.

•Collaborated with the Engineering Document Control team in the CAD production and support services for the rehabilitation of existing facilities at NASA.
