CurrentI have worked in the mountain communities as well as Denver and the surrounding subareas for the past 19 years. I am grateful for this lovely state and am blessed to call Colorado my home. I am Colorado Real Estate Agent and I believe and live by the mission statement: “Real Estate isn't just property, its people.” I am a Certified Mountain Area Specialist, as well as have a certification in Short Sales negotiation. I also just completed 75 credit hours in appraisal education. I am an experienced renovation specialist and have renovated over thirty homes myself, as well working with investors as both Sellers and Buyers. I have worked with rental properties for 16 years of my career and am experienced in the ins and outs of helping investors find homes that have excellent return on investments. I bring over almost two decades of property knowledge and in 2014 I completed the course work to become an Employing Broker. For a few years, I supervised and managed an office and I gave back by mentoring agents and teaching classes. I served on the board of directors for the Mountain Metro Association of Realtors, and chaired the Governmental Affairs Committee and served on the Education Committee. I has a vast knowledge of Federal, State, County and City regulations. I have done all this to become valuable to my clients. I believe this has been an asset when assisting clients in their real estate transactions. I believe in people first, and got into real estate because people are my passion. It is about working with clients to buy and sell houses that they can call home.
