• Provide Applied Behaviour Analysis (ABA) therapy set out by a Board-Certified Behavioural Analysis (BCBA) to children aged 2-6 years old.• Implement ABA therapy programmes focusing on increasing skills across many domains including receptive and expressive language, social skills, imitation, cognition, play, fine and gross motor, and personal independence.• Implement Picture Exchange Communication System (PECS) as a method of non-verbal communication.• Collect data daily on each child’s progression for BCBA reviewal every 4-6 weeks.• Promote each child’s learning through developmentally appropriate activities and positive reinforcement

• Support nurses in providing high quality holistic care to residents.• Assist residents with eating and drinking in line with their nutrition needs.• Toilet residents and ensure their hygiene/personal care needs were maintained to highest standards.
