Community Association Administrator (Volunteer)
• Served as a volunteer providing support to the Community Association Manager and HOA Board of Directors with technical and administrative duties associated with managing a single-family community consisting of 697 homeowners. • Maintained unit brochures and forms. • Transitioned to a new Property Management System (e.g. TOPS to Village Management System) which encompassed set-up, integration and data entry of accounting, compliance, collections and delinquency control tools. Imputed and verified patient data in Vista. • Developed templates and correspondence for community violations and citations, maintained resident and community files.• Developed monthly Board of Director meeting agendas, delinquency, compliance and security reports, and financial statements (Income and Cash Flow Statements, and Balance Sheets). • Served as a member of the Social Committee planning and coordinating the social and recreational activities for the Association to include parties, cook-outs, games, tournaments, yard sales, holiday events, etc.
