I worked with a team of engineers developing a new production system. We tested and modified the system based on the needs of the business. We also worked on new equipment for the team members to use this also included refined methods of the existing processes. Our goal was to minimize fatigue, labor, and maximize efficiency of the product going out.Worked with training department on new training documents for all the things we rolled out.

As a store manager it was my responsibility to make sure the needs of the team members and customers were met daily. In my 16 years I managed over 8 stores with an average of 50 to 80 employees. Utilized business reports to make an impact on my bottom line year over year. I hired and trained many high talent individuals to become members of management. I helped in different markets to open new stores or help stores that were struggling. I also temporarily ran a district during a transition for six months while running my own high volume store.

Managed a beach shop in a mall environment at a high end casino. Cash handling, inventory, merchandising, and ordering were some of the duties performed. The store was the highest performing store in the company with over 3 million in profit in it's second year and it was only 950 square ft.!!!!
