Partner and Operations VP -Helped my business partner in the start-up of a new company, FINANZAS AL MÁXIMO, dedicated to financial education to consumers.

Was one of the founding members of Conceptos Financieros Crown in Puerto Rico, an affiliate of Crown Financial Ministries, a non-profit organization with headquarters in Gainesville, GA. -For the first 3 years served as a part time volunteer coordinator and later as the National Executive Director. -Recruited and led an executive committee of part time volunteers that were in charge of the organization’s programs successfully meeting the organization’s goals. -Recruited the members of the Board of Directors and developed the by-laws and articles of incorporation according to Puerto Rico’s laws. -Established a successful operation in different parts of Puerto Rico with only a start- up donation of $10,000, being able to increase that budget to $40,000 annually and completely self funded in less than 3 years. -Helped develop training material and trained new leaders for the organization. Corporate Metrics reflected than in 3 years the organization was able to impact more than 200, 000 individuals through conferences, seminars, radio stations and press articles in Puerto Rico. -Guest Speaker for conferences in Guatemala, Peru, Dominican Republic, St. Thomas and United States.

Materials Team Leader for PR3 manufacturing plant exercising direction over planners, buyers, traffic, and production coordinator to meet internal and external customers’ demands with on time deliveries and high quality standards• Part of the team responsible of achieving MRPII Class A Certification for PR03 plant in less than 2 years.• Successfully coordinated the tasks of the group responsible for the launching of many new products for generic customers demonstrating my strong project management skills at the same time I was leading the Materials Management Team.• Achieving deadlines for transferring PR3 customers’ demands to Sesto, Italy when the PR3 plant shut down in 12/2000 meeting with all customers’ deliveries on time.• For two years worked as the Production Team leader for the packaging assembly lines responsible of the supervision of more than 20 operators and meeting production schedule on time.• For two years worked as the materials planner for PR3 plant, which was the largest volume plant in the Carolina operations.• Started as a project engineer responsible of Dominican Republic assembly packaging line managing demands and scheduling production from Puerto Rico.
