So, for the past 57 years, I have helped thousands of East Tennesseans fulfill those dreams of homeownership through my career as a loan officer. I began my career while in high school and my love of assisting families with their mortgage needs has only grown stronger over the years. I have worked for MIG as a senior loan officer in the Oak Ridge branch for the past 28 years. Here, I get the support, staff and resources I need to ensure you receive the information and guidance you need to decide which loan program is best for you. I'm here to answer your questions, guide you through the loan process and assist you in reaching the goals you've set for your family's future. My team includes my experienced on-site loan processor Jennifer Van Hook. We are committed to making sure you close on time and receive a professional lending experience each time you partner with us. The Knoxville Mortgage Bankers Association recognized me in 2012, 2011 and previous years as the "Mortgage Banker of the Year." I have also been a member of its President's Circle since the program's inception in 2002. In addition, I have been named MIG's top producer for nine consecutive years and have twice been honored as one of the "100 Top Loan Officers in the Country" by the Mortgage Bankers Association.
