My last five years I worked within a quality team, within a large corporate company, where I was able to support managers with their work and wellbeing before leaving to open my own alternative therapy business During lockdown I studied coaching, holistic coaching and NLP. I have put together my experience and knowledge to provide mentorship, coaching and support for care home managers I had an experience in one particular home that really brought home the need for self-care and the responsibility of a care home manager. I was supported by the owner of the home through this trying time and returned to the same home afterwards, This experience was the basis of the work I do now.
