As a Senior Account Executive I'm a consultant for 100+ independent agency partners in our Ohio and Kentucky territories. I lead an actively growing territory in both Ohio and Kentucky. I possess a high level of dedication and energy to support me in maximizing the sales ability of my agency partners. My colleagues know me as a highly creative individual who has a proven sales process with the goals of improving production and overall insurance knowledge in my territory. Training is a corner stone to the insurance industry and I am passionate about working with both new agents as well as seasoned individuals in need of targeted training. As both a creative and strategic thinker I continuously motivate my agents and repeatedly deliver profitable production with my assigned partners. While I enjoy all aspects of my job, my favorite stage of a project is working with an agency to guide them as well as bring clarity to their objectives.
