Managed multiple offshore development teams, acting as the primary liaison between business application owners, development teams, and infrastructure and operations teams. Projects include:Unit to Share Conversion (UTS) - Designed, implemented and tested a Visual Basic application which tracks and computes taxes for employees converting award units to Morgan Stanley shares. This program also controls and prints reports and memos using MS-Word via DDE controllers.Personal Financial Summary (PFS) - Analyzed and redesigned an MS Access reporting application that generates a financial summary package for all Morgan Stanley officers.Executive Compensation System (Exec. Comp.) - Coordinated, gathered and analyzed information of the current Exec. Comp. System, its affiliated modules and business entities. Participated in the designing of the data model and process flow diagrams for the new system.

Projects include:Global Broking System (Placements) - A client/server application using Visual Basic, Tuxedo and Sybase. Client side programming of VB windows, called stored SQL database procedures, and established conversation between various windows.CPMS - Tested and revised procedures of BROCK application using SAGE. Enhanced SQL calls to Sybase / Quadbase.Directory Structure Utility - Developed and maintained a Visual Basic program that reads an input file and creates embedded directories on the network drives.National Broking System (NBS) - Updated procedures, revised macros in this Lotus Notes application. Created report procedures using Notes and Lotus Approach.Placements Discussion DB - Designed and developed a Lotus Notes application which kept track of the meetings/minutes during the development phase of the Placements system.RM Casualty Log - Implemented an Approach DB application which keeps track and generates reports for insurance broker's expiring policies.
