Customized yoga experiences for a variety of skill levels and abilities. Small groups and private guidance create opportunity for all levels.As a child, I grew up with first hand experience in health care. Beginning with caring for family members and then expanding to working with developmentally disabled adults, I have always been immersed in the health and wellness industry. Through some health challenges of my own, I discovered yoga as another path to physical wellness and mental calm. My goal is to empower others to take their well being to their personal best, no matter where they are starting from. My studies in human physiology, neuroscience, and nutrition have given me invaluable insight and a way to bridge the mind-body connection.
