Born in the bustling city of Hong Kong and grew up in Seattle since the age of 11, I’ve lived a life that blends the rich traditions of my Asian heritage with a modern zest for innovation.After my studies at the University of Washington, I returned to Hong Kong to start a career in finance, culminating in my role as the Head of Research at HSBC Private Bank. In 2012, my simmering passion for food and a calling to share the joy of cooking among my friends that sparked the creation of DayDayCook.My vision to inspire future young generations to fall in love with cooking eventually took me and DDC to Shanghai in 2015 and to go public on the NYSE in 2023. Today, DayDayCook consists of multiple brands that bring authentic, nutritious and accessible Asian meal solutions to consumers in the US, Europe and Asia. Together, we continue to redefine the culinary landscape, bridge cultures and spread the joy of cooking to kitchens around the world. I’m a student of Stoicism, and also an alumnus of the Harvard Business School, a Regional Board Member of the Young Presidents Organisation North Asia, and the founder of the GFM Food Tech Accelerator.
