My speciality is explaining how our world is based on underlying energetic patterns that we seldom recognize. Panic / Fear is magnified when we are surrounded by other people in panic / fear. Our body's intelligence, or gut knowing, is literally in our gut. Panic / fear encourages us to jump into our heads. Energetically, we pull up and out of our pelvis and legs. When we do this, we loose our innate sense of what is truly dangerous and what is simply loud. Staying connected to our lower body lets us each know what is dangerous and what is simply panic / fear. I have been consciously working with sound, energy and healing since 1990. I have four albums of healing chants (some by Hildegard of Bingen) and a dozen meditation CDs.   I have always seen auras. I have always sung. It took awhile, but I have put these together. Because I am a flexible channel, my guides, usually Archangel Michael, Mary or the Hathor Atamia connect to other's guides in concerts, workshops or Private Healing Sessions.
