I have worked as a Licensed Real Estate Agent (Broker) since July of 2003. . I primarily work with residential real estate but also mentor new agents and run a very successful real estate office. I have been well-trained in REO/Foreclosure properties and am Certified by the Five Star Institute in both short sales as well as REOs (bank owned properties). Additionally, I was chosen by the National Association of Women as Woman of the year for 2011/2012 and was voted a Five Star Agent by Seattle Magazine for 2011 / 2012 and again 2012/2013.I am a Certified Life Coach and, as such, enjoy being a key note speaker addressing things such as the things we say when we talk to ourselves and how we sabotage ourselves in our personal lives as well as our businesses. Being part of the community is important to me as well. As a member and Ambassador of the Renton Chamber of Commerce I attend many networking events and enjoy meeting and learning about others.
