About Norma Jean Chapa

I'm lucky to say my passion is my work! Who wouldn't love the opportunity to positively influence the trajectory of someone's career and ideally the course of his or her life?? I get to do that!!I love building teams and small indie studios, but I'm no stranger to working with larger organizations as well. While the goal is always to identify the right talent for whoever I'm supporting, I'm equally passionate about exceptional candidate experience. Beyond work, my passions are family (#1), philanthropy (currently serving as Board Chair for the Breast Cancer Resource Center, a non-profit organization dedicated to helping those impacted by breast cancer), and collecting Wonder Woman art (secretly I want an invisible jet).
