Norman has over 20 years of experience in financial leadership, transformation, strategy and capital allocation, principal investment, mergers & acquisitions, and public and private debt and equity transactions in the defense technology and intelligent transportation markets. He was a key leader on ~$4.0 billion of exits, deployed ~$1billion in capital, built two business units through programmatic mergers and acquisitions and has advised on and closed over 100 transactions in his career. Norman is currently Chief Financial Officer at J&J Worldwide Services, a portfolio company of Arlington Capital Partners. At Cubic Corporation, Norman was a divisional CFO, Head of Mergers & Acquisitions and Board Member in Cubic's venture investment portfolio.
