These skills are based on 40 years of: a)nuclear plant operations, maintenance, and modifications, b) new plant project planning, engineering, licensing, construction, testing, and management; c ) corporate strategic planning, business development, and risk analysis; d ) proposal development, contracts and claims management; and e ) project/engineering performance analysis and optimization. These skills were developed on both domestic and international projects and commercial and government contracts.
