I’m currently working on a Murex upgrade project (version 3.1.20 to 3.1.27) and a Credit Trading migration project from Front Arena to Murex.I'm also a senior member of the Front Office Credit Trading IT department providing bespoke enhancements to the Front Arena Trading platform.

I worked as a Java web developer on a number of RBS insurance web sites including Directline, Churchill and Greenflag. I was part of team involved in the rewrite of all the Banks insurance product web portals in preparation for a new web services architecture. The presentation layer had to conform to W3C/WAI guidelines and include Web analytics tagging so that the business stakeholders responsible for the success of the web site could better understand the effectiveness of online initiatives and other changes to the web portals

Part of the global e-commerce development team. Main responsibility was the maintenance and development of the bank’s strategic Equity research web sites. During my time here I was involved in a number of projects to add value to both the internal and retail Equity web sites using a mixture of the above technologies.

Part of 2 man team developing a prototype multi dimension database , which would provide facilities for data mining as well as the dynamic insertion and re-categorising of data from various financial data feeds such as Bloomberg and Reuters.

Worked on one of the main radar display systems developing an Aircraft proximity alert subsystem and also enhanced an Aircraft Display Information System to receive, process and display the wind speed and direction information produced from runway ground sensors.
