I was working as a Technical Operator on a 4 on 4 off shift pattern running and setting up Hayssen and Sig cheese packing lines using HMI screens. Recording legal data at regular intervals, first fix or reporting faults to engineers, gas and leak testing for customer requirements, CCP’s, verifying labels and films to customer orders and best before dates. Olympus computer order input and verification. Maintaining maximum output and efficiencies for the line. Machine cleaning and regular GMP.

I was later making the film base for the emulsions etc to be coated onto, making latex and anti static solutions to be coated on the film to reduce static during winding. I also worked in quality control maintaining high quality standards for the products and as a lean implementer in the lean manufacturing department.
