Now selling roasted kernels (unbelievably tasty alone or as an accent in salads, cereal & pastries. Nut harvest in 2007 was 13#, 125# in 2008 and 900# in 2009, 1,200 in 2010, over a ton in 2016 ! We market our hazelnut oil for skin care. We continue to refine our processing equipment...now updating our nut sizer and working with our new nutcracker prototype. We also propagate hazelnuts from our best bushes and recommend fall planting for better survival.
