Summary - Contracted to lead, strategize, and execute marketing efforts related to promoting 2Gether International’sAnnual Gala (their main fundraising event annually).Achievements - - Delivered over seven emails in five weeks centered at key pieces of the event agenda accompanied by over twelve social posts to Facebook and Linkedin- Built and monitored ticketing, registration, donations, and lead qualifying through Eventbrite- More than doubled the donations from last year’s event promotion site, hit registrations goal in less than two months of promotion

Through this, I enabled proper inventory management, upsold accounts, renewed annual contracts, and managed all service/maintenance requests. Ran the service department and assisted warehouse inventory management.Achievements - Reduced service ticket completion by 20% through warehouse reorg and system revamp. Summary - Led sales of both commercial and residential accounts for the company as well as led the account management of each. Sold the following services: upholstery steam cleaning, carpet steam cleaning, tile steam cleaning, rug steam cleaning, floor protection, and spot treatments. Executed the appointments previously estimated and closed. Achievements - Created the company handbook from ideation, drafting, printing, and iterating, to the final edition. I also then trained new hires utilizing this handbook, it is still used today as priority training material. The handbook included company policies from PTO, sick leave, communication, how to clean, how to sell, how to organize van, and much more.
