I am hard-working, dedicated, ethical and determined to provide genuine support to those who are struggling or in need. Support must never create dependence but rather must be focused on making the individual strong, confident and independent.Experience: Originally CPTED (Crime Prevention Through Environmental Design), design and specification of intruder, access and CCTV systems with a focus on assisting the end user to develop an operational requirement against which the installation can be assessed.The provision of service and support was continued in developing new skills in the renewable energy sector to ensure the provision of genuinely best advice.In the last ten years I have transferred these service and support skills into voluntary and ministry service participating, and then managing, a team who support families and individuals in financial difficulty as they walk the road to become debt free. This also, sometimes, means supporting them as they progress through one of the forms of insolvency.
