As a Human Resource Professional, my responsibilities include supervising staff and reporting to the VP on issues regarding implementation of policies and procedures, recruiting and hiring high-performing employees, legislative and other human resources issues.Effectively plan, design, develop and evaluate human resource-related initiatives that support organizational strategic goals. Leading performance management and talent assessment. Heavily involved in Development and implementation of organizational development programs, employee orientation(internal and external) and training programs, benefits plans, policies and guidelines, database management procedures, equal opportunity employment programs, and employee records and documentation policies. Within the Recruitment and Sourcing Division, my responsibilities include: • Actively work with executives and senior executives on staffing requirements. • Complying with job descriptions provided by clients and submitting suitable candidate for reviewing and interviews. • Lead and guide recruiters, researchers and other HR personnel. In the recruitment capacity, industries covered include Semiconductor, Aerospace, Automotive, Manufacturing, Oil and Gas and IT.• Worked with Department Managers/ Presidents / Vice Presidents / Business Owners (clients) to develop strategies and tactics to minimize costs in relations to recruitment. • Exposed to challenges related to employee relations and other human resource functions.• Salary and benefit negotiations between client and candidate to provide the best alternative for both parties. • Conduct orientation for new exempt and non-exempt employees. • Managed both local and national accounts from small to Fortune 500 companies and worked on multiple projects for temporary staffing/consulting and direct hire.
