I held several Sales, Sales Management and General Management positions at the local, regional and national level in the Building Services and New Construction divisions.Created and introduced the "Fighting Back" Program on customer satisfaction and retention which significantly increased satisfaction and reduced customer turn-over.Assembled and lead the team that defined and implemented the winning sales strategies which allowed us to negotiate privately one of Québec's largest building automation, fire and security projects in one of Canada's biggest and most technically advanced smelter. As a General Manager, acted as liaison between the customer and our implementation team in order to achieve our goal of delivering on time and as per requirements.
