Responsible for overseeing and implementing GCI's investment and financing processes, including market analysis, underwriting, investment presentation, and construction & perm financing. A key aspect of my role is to lead GCI's equity and debt financing strategy, both on a deal-by-deal basis and at the portfolio level. During my tenure, GCI has closed 13 construction and perm loans totaling $500M in total proceeds and returning $80M of equity to investors. In addition to new investment decisions, I also help lead:- Hold/Sell analyses and decisions- 1031 Exchange processes - GCI's short term and long term equity planning

Formerly a Senior Associate at Amstar responsible for the underwriting, due diligence, acquisition, development and asset management of the company's European investments made through three commingled funds. Amstar Global Property Fund I ("AGPF I"), raised in 2007 with total commitments of $335 million (€214 million), invested in six properties in Turkey, Russia and India. Amstar Global Property Fund II ("AGPF II"), raised in 2011 and 2012 with total commitments of $125 million (€95 million), is fully invested in three institutional-quality, regional shopping centers in Turkey. In 2014, underwrote the acquisition of Zlota 44, a luxury high-rise residential project in the center of Warsaw, Poland and the tallest for-sale residential tower in the European Union. To capitalize Zlota 44, Amstar raised €85 million for its third commingled fund, Amstar Poland Property Fund I ("APPF I"). During my tenure I was involved in all aspects of the fundraising, acquisition, asset management, and project management.
