Create and manage Land Assembly budgets which are used in support of OFGEM regulatory cost and output submissions.Secure energy consents as necessary (Section 37 of the Electricity Act 1989) confirm when building warrant or planning consent is required and secure consent as necessary (Town and Country Planning (Scotland) Act 1997)

Sse Utility Services (Sseus)

Principle Duties :Manage cyclical tree cutting and vegetation control on SSEN's Distribution and Transmission Networks. Carry out cyclical circuit surveys, evaluate the work required, obtain written consent from each landowner and seek additional consent from the relevant authorities if there is a requirement to fell trees in environmentally sensitive areas.Issue work instructions/workpacks to SSEN in house Tree Cutting teams (and external contractors when required) Undertake safety/quality audits on cleared circuits. Accumulate circuit statistics relating to progress and productivity and report estimated and actual progress on a weekly basis.
