• Provides IT support to computer users within the office. Maintains the Companies IT equipment’s.• Provides second-tier support to end users for either PC, server, or mainframe applications or hardware.• Logs all IT problems and resolutions. • Interacts with network services, software systems engineering, and /or applications development to restore service and/ or identify and correct core problem.• Performs Inspection of the Contractors progress in the IT Field.• Recommends systems modifications to reduce user problems.• Ensures IT systems availability for company operations with minimal or no downtime.• LAN and WLAN (WIFI) management.• Configure firewalls for high end security.• Maintain user profile on internet & Email and access permissions for other domain based server.• Project office experience in building industry or similar industry.• Provides administrative support to the Project Manager and assists with the preparation of technical and management presentations.• Assists in compilation of various project status reports.

• Coaching & mentoring of technical support representatives.• Counsels the Team in team meetings by identifying additional skills, training and experience needed.• Planning / Organizing Team building activities and Team meetings.• Applies technical knowledge to determine solutions and solves moderately complex problems.• Understands, interprets and leads own team’s strategy and operating objectives.
