    Provided all levels of project management, training, implementation planning and product customization for Cluen's database product, Encore, and related family of software. Depending on the scope of the project, and the client's preferences, this would be accomplished either through a series of on-site planning/training sessions, via webinar and phone, or a combination of both. Typical projects could be as complex as a full company-wide system conversion with corresponding business analysis, creation of written process manuals and training agendas, etc; or as simple as individual user training and support. Projects also typically required integration with Microsoft Office productivity and server software.Selected accomplishments:Chosen by management as secondary project manager for the company's largest database conversion project to date, an international firm with dozens of independently managed offices and hundreds of users worldwide. In addition to the normal needs analysis and deployment process, representatives from each main regional office were flown in physically to attend several full week "project workstreams" which I co-facilitated. Each workstream session had up to 50 representatives in attendance.Independently led the tactical portion of the "Encore 5 Early Adopter Program". Version 5 of Encore is significantly different from version 4. Several months before Encore 5's public release, a dozen of Cluen's most prominent clients were invited to upgrade to the new system and provide their feedback while still running Encore 4 in tandem. During this period I was responsible for all integration, training, and quality assurance related to Encore 5, including coordination of product design enhancements. While leading the Encore 5 Early Adopter Program, I also created and documented new best practices for deployment and training of the system and started an internal Encore 5 employee training program for the Cluen team.

CAMS specifically replaced labor intensive paper-based show management processes with a customized turn-key system that incorporated online entry submission and payment, inventory tracking for physical media, and winner notification. CAMS was adopted and used for multiple seasons by several of the world's largest advertising awards events.RedVitae also provided custom programming and network/desktop support services. In addition to sharing responsibility for business operations, I managed programmers and per diem tech support staff, as well as led project management for custom development projects.
