• Analyze, diagnose, suggest, engineer, and implement process changes associated with the implementation of electronic medical records• Assist system analysts in preparation and implementation of system through creating, updating, and organizing information binders• Generate extensive training and education materials to ensure staff comprehension• Thorough knowledge of COE and Epic Rx functionalities • Demonstrate ability to interact with all levels of department personnel to include: IT management staff, consulting staff, clinicians, and clinical administrators• Develop and execute best practice workflows for department staff• Create and update practice templates and SmartTool applications• Exhibit detail oriented, strong analytical, organizational, and problem solving skills

• Installation, troubleshoots, and support of EPIC EMR and Citrix ICA software.• Analyze current state inventory of each practice to determine upgrades• Manage and coordinate with the Department's Physicians, nurses, and practice managers for the process of deployment of hardware and software for the project.• Configure approximately 100 pc's per practice• Take ownership of each pc's we upgrade and support the users until they are comfortable with the upgrade• Responsible for setting up and testing scanners and scanning software for each practice• Install, train, and troubleshoot Dragon Speak software installation 15 end users per practice.
