As the Field Operation Manager of Creative Colors International, Inc., I proudly operate the new franchisee training and management division for the nation's premier repair and restoration company.If there's one thing I know, it's sales. I have been in the sales field for over 45 years, since the day I started as a truck driver for a brewing company straight out of high school. After spending more than 40 years in sales for the beer industry, and working my way up from nothing, I am truly an expert at training, managing and mentoring sales teams. Building and managing relationships is my passion, and I bring that passion to my job at Creative Colors International, Inc. every single day.
