Build strong relationships with members, staff and co-workers•Plan Big Four events and monthly specialty events, create marketing, and oversee budget and promotion of these events•Facilitate staff meetings and oversee department learning well•Maintain day to day operations and programming in the department: inventory, ordering, staffing budgets, keeping the center “like new”, rockwall, camp•Promote and create marketing for all kids programming•Enforce all policies and procedures from the department’s SOP•Organize paperwork, oversee payments, registrations•Work closely with and report to corporate and regional management regarding department activity

Create and publish marketing tools for daycare enrollment•Create and execute daily preschool learning material•Create participation and agreement contracts•Communicate with parents and ensure quality customer service•Plan a weekly budget for supplies, field trips, and healthy groceries•Plan and execute weekly field trips•Oversee accounts receivable, accounts payable•Implementing policies and procedures on daily basis
