- Teach and supervise students using lectures, and discussions- Handles engineering mathematics, statistics, and environmental sciences courses- Design and implement innovative teaching and learning techniques- Engage in different speaking opportunities on various topics related to innovation, curriculum development, and environmental sustainability

* Handles 10 R&D and 12 non-R&D projects with a total government funding of P206M- Provide assistance to Startups, Tech Transfer Offices and TBIs in preparing and presenting proposals for funding - Evaluates proposals and prepare proposal documents for Technical Panel, PCIEERD Management Team, PCIEERD Governing Council and DOST EXECOM evaluation- Prepare minutes, travel reports, presentations and other business correspondence related to intellectual property and technology transfer projects and initiatives- Participate in program design, interviews and FGDs as alternate to the Senior SRS in leading the current and upcoming Technology Transfer Programs of DOST-PCIEERD

• Supervise a team of skilled Maintenance Staff• Delegate personnel to respond to machine breakdowns• Plan and schedule machine maintenance of Copper Plating Machines• Update/Revise Process Standards on machine maintenance. • Analyze and determine root cause of machine error and propose solution• Prepare machine maintenance procedures• Ensure compliance to the company's Health and Safety Standards

• Plan strategic brand-building methods to promote products being sold• Look for prospective customers with pump, motor, and controller requirement• Identify, Coordinate and Participate in customer relationship-building activities and meetings• Cultivate relationships with customers to create beneficial referral system• Answer customer questions regarding product’s technical specification, price and availability of their requirement• Select the applicable equipment model for customer’s requirement after gathering necessary information and analyzing customer’s water system

• Review project quality documentation and site summary reports prior to commissioning• Assist in preparing installation manuals, purchase orders and schedule of existing projects• Facilitate in the organization of the filing system and progress billings• Inspect on-going elevator installation
