Build, calibrate and test proto circuits for down hole tool projects involving motor controllers and instrumentation techniques using temperature sensors and flow meters. Troubleshoot and repair SMT's PCA's used in down hole tools. Work with Engineers to develop advanced down hole motor drivers and timers used in pumping fluids at 150c.

Perform testing, calibration, troubleshooting and repair of MWD orentation drilling tools which are the Tensor and Pulsar. Performed PM and inspection of test equipment. The average shipping per day was $108,000. Successfully calibrated and tested tools up to 175c. Continous EHS and MWD training. Member of the EHS Safety Investigation Team.

Responsible for final inspection and testing of generator line ups, rectifiers, varible frequency drives, silicon control rectifieres, ground fault detectors, PLC's, and Master Motor Controllers before shipping to the customer. Prepaired and tested these pieces of equipment to the customer. I tested and approved an average of 1 complete switchgear system with a value of about 2 million dollars per week.

Utilized Microsoft Word and Excel through the internet to approve parts for purchasing and prevent large finanical mistakes in production. Performed ICT on Cisco Server boards.

Performed testing, calibration, repair and approval of electrical switchgear in order to meet timely production schedules.
