As a Consultant Architect on Site...

As a Project In-charge, my primary objective was the implementation of the Architect’s plan, from design-concept into reality. And this shall be done through proper management and supervision; my responsibilities are Planning, Organizing, Executing, Controlling and Reporting and also quality control, supervising workers, managing time according to schedule and plan. Supervise the purchasing of materials and sample submittals of material according to budget and as specified by the Architect. Documentation is part of my responsibilities, I assure it is documented and all are in black and white. And other responsibilities of mine are coordination. Coordinating the problems to sub-contractors and trade contractors and allow smooth move and flow of the project until we reached the final turn over.As a Architectural Designer, I do a conceptual and theoretical idea regarding the nature of the project. Formulate a solution to a problem, creating visual graphic through computers using the software AutoCAD. Submit preliminary study & solution regarding the needs of my clients for comments and suggestions, revising the preliminary drawing until it reaches the demand and lifestyle of my client and to be presented to my principal client for final approval. After final approval, start working with the detailed working drawings of the project and to be submitted to the building official for processing of the construction / building permit and for the site implementation.
