Strategic project planning and goal setting. I work to create structured schedules and project plans based on: project goals, resources needed, potential risks, time to market and budget constraints. By managing periodic meetings with different departments and analysing how different processes interlink and overlap with each other, I assure the workflow is constantly efficient. I am responsible for global reporting about program performance to the executive team and directors; plus taking care of all the aspects of the new tender processes and setting the bases for the new project we start up. The European Business Unit I work in as a key player, manages all the processes of multinational corporations with a total revenue of €40M per year.

I led a team of PMs in developing and achieving plans to meet Principle’s customer requirements and implement rebranding projects in the France and Benelux area. The main task was to ensure effective and efficient account processes, systems, policies, and procedures, by participating in cross-functional process improvement, while providing input for regular financial updates and forecasts. My goal was to archive Principle’s financial targets by anticipating any potential problems, working with other Principle Departments, in order to address issues in a proactive way, by ensuring ongoing customer communication and follow-up. My leadership aimed at ensuring target achievement, including revenue, profitability, cash flow, and asset management.

As Project Manager, I provided oversight management for implementation of interior and exterior branding programs of automotive brands in all EMEA area. I managed the project timeline and milestones to completion, by weekly meetings with key stakeholders. The main duties were: to review and approve Client’ specific re-branding documents, surveys and designs quote; as well as ensuring quality standards on products and installations. Key operational interface between the central brand team and the market, supporting the client network on a global scale.

I managed retail renovation projects in France for fashion and F&B stores. From start to finish, I was responsible for assuring the projects were completed to the highest quality standards, completed on-time and on-budget. I daily interacted with a host of sub-contractors, our in-house craftsmen and various property managers and insurance professionals.
