Norman Raad completed his BComm Legal at WITS University. Subsequently, since 2000, Norman has spent many years in the commercial property space in the capacity of both a broker and business owner. Norman’s experience in the industry includes tenures at McCreedy Friedlander and at Auction Alliance where he became a Director and Shareholder.In 2011 Norman launched Greenday Property with a solid property and administration team in place. Greenday Property went on to hold numerous property auctions and sold some strategic landmark properties. In 2015 Greenday Property entered into a Joint Venture partnership with the Broll Property Group and formed Broll Auctions and Sales. Norman is the CEO of the business.Norman’s strengths lie in his understand of commercial property as an asset class and also enable him to assist corporates and funds with their acquisition and disposal strategies. He is known as an astute and knowledgeable dealmaker in the industry and has worked with top institutions and assisted with the sale and acquisition of all types of property.
