My philosophy of leadership is based on several elements including vision, culture, operational management, collaborative efforts, integrity and social context. I maintain a vision of learning that adheres to maximizing the efficiency of all staff and employees. I recruit bright and creative individuals to enhance the vision and culture of the business. I conduct fiscal assessment of operations and resource management to make sure the institution is operating as efficiently as possible. There is an emphasis placed on institutional cohesiveness as well as partnerships with community organizations and other businesses. I work toward maintaining a positive work atmosphere. All daily operations are executed with ethical values as a key. We will continue to put forth efforts to contribute to the improvement of sociological and innovative ideals.
