Hello! I'm thrilled to share my journey with you since retiring from the pharma/biotech industry in 2020. Over this time, I have embraced new opportunities, allowed personal growth to guide me, and found my true passion in health and wellness.My focus lies in supporting individuals through a holistic integration and connection with their body, mind, and spirit. I firmly believe that by empowering people to reclaim their own health and life, they can unlock their full potential. Through coaching, I have witnessed clients create magic, achieve their goals, overcome obstacles, and take inspired action towards a fulfilling life. This lead to the creation of Life Mastery Magazine which I co-founded with a fellow life coach and friend and The Black Dot blog / newsletter aimed to empower and inspire readers by supporting and encouraging them to become the best version of themselves, take charge of their future, unlock their full potential, and transform their lives. Business Coaching: As I supported fellow coaches in launching their businesses, it led me to publish a workbook titled "Business Planning" for Coaches. My mission is to continue developing valuable content for both coaches and clients, providing them with the necessary tools to support their journey towards continued growth and development.Recently, I had the opportunity to explore the realm of AI technology, thanks to a connection with a friend. This introduction led me to RUBI.ai, an AI assistant that has become an invaluable asset in both my personal and professional life.
