Naveen Jindal School of Management: To support the Jindal School of Management, my primary role is to manage special projects for our Senior Associate Dean and Graduate Dean.• Develop survey instruments in Qualtrics to measure variables related to academic and career outcomes• Produce data-driven reports to evaluate academic and career outcomes to make strategic recommendations to stakeholders• Collaborate with CRM Developer to recruit students via GMASS/GRESS through Salesforce e-mail campaigns• Plan, execute, and monitor follow-up Salesforce email campaigns of JSOM graduate recruitment webinars, virtual regional meet-ups, and graduate fairs• Plan, produce, and edit webinars relevant to prospective and current JSOM students• Create content for presentations on a variety of topics, including admissions, registration, funding your degree, and various career-related topics• Lead, plan and execute a variety of short term and long term special projects for the JSOM Senior Associate Dean• Communicate regularly with stakeholders to provide project updates and/or data• Plan and coordinate school-wide events sponsored by the Dean's Office
