Within a project to increase the performance of project estimations and standardization processes within the company, I was able to:- Create reports and KPIs with BI technology. Reports were created offering a complete picture of the project status to project managers and a 360º view of the company's efficiency by company directors. The measurable result of my efforts was an estimated 20% increase in sales- Creation of intelligent software for project estimation using AI. To refine project estimations further and reduce losses, I designed a Machine Learning Algorithm that predicts the upcoming project hours.
