As the Visitor Services Supervisor, I defined/improved processes within the Visitor Services area and in coordination with other departments (Operations, Engineering etc.) to ensure outstanding customer experience at the park: by creating, defining or improving, and documenting several processes and workflows, intra-department and inter-department, at the Conservancy.Led Visitor Services team of six employees, assigning job tasks, scheduling work shifts and monitoring job performance. I led a project to standardize equipment rental and service maintenance business practices and ERP system for Weatherford’s twelve Centers of Excellence (COE) Level-3. Unfortunately, after a couple of months of work at Houston and at Singapore, the project was defunded and the team disbanded. • Formulated strategy to define business process model for centers of excellence. • Defined resources list of activities and deliverables required for implementation.• Created project plan, defined required budget and support project documents for a two-year project implementation.

I was the main liaison between functional and business leadership. Lead several process assessment, prost-merger integration and applications development projects such as:• Process assessment and selection of the best alternative for several business operations requirements such as The Asset Performance Management project for the cement plants to facilitate maintenance strategy management (IoT Internet of Things) in a full integrated environment with the SAP ERP system. The project encompassed the asset strategy management, operator rounds, root cause and failure analysis, reliability analytics, and performance and monitoring metrics. The project to upgrade of the Maintenance and Reliability web modules to be ready for multiple countries and languages, and to extend its scope to cover other technology.• Process assessment using Business Process Modeling methodologies to document company business process to identify process and systems opportunities for improvement. Identify, document, classify, prioritize and estimate cost and benefits of processes and systems opportunities. Presented alternatives and recommendations. Conducted End2End process mapping using ARIS & VISIO to identify activities from process/sub process and using BPMN techniques; RAD Maps (Role Activity Diagram) to analyze and evaluate workload by role; IGOE Maps (Input-Guidelines-Output-Enabler). • Environmental Management Information System, Balanced Score Card & environmental visual inspection routes automation (EPA Method-22 and Method-9).• Three Post-merger integration project to incorporate the operation of acquired cement plants and ready-mix plants.
