Senior Sales Program Administrator
Current• Successfully manage, oversee, and run the $2.5M Epson Product Evaluation Program. Manage and review daily activity with third party vendor, making daily decisions on allocation, extensions, suspension’s, RMA’s, and billing. Analyze usage rate, consult product management on upcoming launches and prepare the yearly budget for inventory procurement. Conduct bi-weekly meetings with vendor to ensure program is running optimally. Collaborating with product management and sales, to ensure the accurate inventory quantities and models are available to close large education and corporate deals.• Integral source for developing sales programs by leveraging insights across departments, company policies, sales objectives, and adherence to budgetary constraints. Responsible for composing crafting and disseminating organizational communications, including announcements, updates, and revisions. Maintaining and updating the internal SharePoint site, ensuring most updated program documents, and incorporating hyperlinks for effortless navigation. • Manage department aging, holding regular meetings with credit department, to address any account-related concerns. Spearhead the development of processes and policies aimed at achieving clean aging metrics, with a specific focus on minimizing variances exceeding 90 days. • As lead administrator overseeing the bid claims team, and the processing of claims ranging between $1.8M - $2.0M on a monthly basis; facilitating daily meetings with claim team to address any issues or challenges that arise. Offer recommendations for resolution based on thorough analysis and escalate complex issues to management providing comprehensive supporting documentation to facilitate informed decision making. Entrusted and assigned the responsibility of managing and reconciling the most challenging accounts to rectify discrepancies and ensure compliance with organizational standards.
