Acts as an independent quality oversight for the SP22 Deployed Support Systems (DSS), Life Cycle Refresh (LCR) and Ohio Replacement Program (ORP) activities at NSWC Crane. Efforts to provide quality assurance for these Launcher Support Programs include but are not limited to:- 3rd and 4th Level Repair Government witness/inspection, acceptance, and condition tagging of repair work performed at NSWC Crane. Manage any waiver or deviation requirements. Review documentation changes.- Procurement activities and accomplishment of SPALT Services for support equipment as developed, procured and accomplished. Review and approve SPALT procurement documentation (SOW, CDRL, etc). Government witness activities on the procured items, when required. - Mission Assurance: T9001B compliance involves maintaining the checklist, internal audits, procedure maintenance, quality planning, issuing corrective action reports and following actions to completion. Tasks include; chairing the Material Review Board, managing the serialization control system, performing procedure review/update, facilitating root cause analysis efforts, and other quality related tasks.- ISO9001:2015 Lead Auditor trained- Provides Quality Review on Trouble Failure Reports (TFRs) and Corrective Action Reports (CARs) on NSWC Crane-cognizant equipment.- Serve as Acting Branch Manager

- Financial management and oversight on over 30 projects valued over $7M annually- Develop and manage financial requirements while working with Customer Advocates, Technical Project Managers, Branch Managers, and numerous Navy, Air Force, Army, Coast Guard, Missile Defense Agency, and NASA customers- Work closely with Project Leads and Task Managers to develop improved cost estimates- Collaborate with Technical Project Managers, Project Analysts, Section and Branch Managers to continuously improve financial management practices within the branch- Participate in Root Cause Analysis Teams as needed for corrective actions to improve processes- Serve as Acting Branch Manager

The USNMT is the leading proponent of small arms marksmanship and safety training for U.S. Navy personnel. Each year, the Team conducts the Fleet Forces Command (LANT) Rifle and Pistol Matches and Fleet Forces Command (PAC) Rifle and Pistol Matches, in which hundreds of sailors are trained in service rifle and service pistol marksmanship, small arms safety, and marksmanship competition rules and procedures.
