His consultancy has helped clients in healthcare, automotive, digital marketing, mobile gaming, online education, and construction.Before that, he was the primary design lead for Excella Consulting, an IT consultancy based in the Metro Washington DC area. During his time there, he created the design practice and grew it into a multimillion dollar vertical for the company. The products he worked on positively impacted hundreds of thousands of people across the country on a daily basis.Norm holds an MBA in Global Entrepreneurship from George Washington University and a Bachelor of Science degree in Information Technology from Virginia Tech.
