This role encompassed a variety of responsibilities. Primarily, myself and the wider Group Risk team were responsible for the implementation, oversight, and development of EQ's EWRMF. This includes administration and continuous improvement of the Enterprise Risk Management tool, and production of MI packs for both Executive and Board Risk Committees. In addition to this my role developed into being a programme manager on a project to replace the Group's main ERM tool with a multi use-case, no code workflow tool aimed primarily at the GRC space, to enable greater flexibility in comparison to our existing suite of tools as well as developing new use cases to increase our efficiency and effectiveness across a number of GRC focused manual processes.Alongside my main duties I have also been involved in projects across the wider Group. These projects have affected change across the group, with the highlight being significant involvement in a consultancy style role on a project to replace the Group's Learning Management system during H2 2020.
