Remain available during all retail hours to provide sales support. Create and implement sales contests. Coordinate agent owner meetings.

Responsible for driving team to achieve all key performance objectives in the store. Responsible for financial, budget, and sales reporting as well as marketing promotional elements. Develop, assign and monitor sales goals for retail personnel and provide ongoing training to employees. Develop, train and coach sales team to produce desired high performance results. Make decisions regarding hiring, promotion, and disciplinary actions including individual and team performance and developmental plans. Identify and implement customer retention tools for retail store. Ensure that customers and prospective customers are treated with the highest levels of courtesy and professionalism. Resolve customer complaints in a timely and empathetic manner. Manage retail inventory in compliance with company standards to include budgeting, forecasting, managing appropriate inventory levels, and analyzing inventory turns. Remain current on all wireless products and services, industry and competitive trends, and reinforce findings with the team.

Manage a sales floor team of 30+ employees while providing leadership on all sales floor processes and ensuring all merchandising and floor events confirm to Target’s high standards of quality. Responsible for recruiting and hiring, team spirit and development, on-the-job support, and counseling and coaching responsibilities. Also responsible for driving sales by overseeing the guest service and merchandising, for floor leadership during the hours of operation, and for opening and closing the store on assigned days. Additionally responsible for ensuring great service by interacting with guests and team members all while striving to achieve sales goals and maintaining the budgeted payroll hours.
